Orders
Please note all product dimensions refer to the unframed work. Work may be stretched or rolled canvas, this will be defined in the product description. We do not frame the work except in exceptional circumstances.
While every effort has been made to ensure the work has been represented accurately on this website, please be aware that there will be some deviation from the actual artwork due to variations in equipment, light, monitor settings, etc., Please allow for some variation between the image as viewed.
Orders are via online payment. We will despatch your painting as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Terms may change. The terms that apply to you are those here on this site on the day you place your order.
You must supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.
You are responsible for any and all additional costs incurred in the delivery of the work, such as customs or import tax, value added tax, or any punitive or additional taxes that may be incurred for whatever reason.
Delivery
The full price of your goods shall be received before despatch.
We will communicate that the work has been dispatched.
You should expect to sign for the delivery.
Cancellation
In order to ensure you are satisfied with your work, you may return any purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible to register your intent to return the work.
You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or customised goods.
Returns and refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and you are advised to insure to he value of the artwork.
Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund policy.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrivalof returned goods.
If the goods are not returned in good condition you are liable to us for the cost.
Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
